• Blow off all hard surfaces of lawn debris
• Chemical weed control in bed areas only
• Pruning of hedges & shrubs 6 feet & under
• Complimentary landscape consultation once a year
• Yearly irrigation check & adjustment in January or February
• Once a year spring fertilizer in March or April
• Yearly mulch application (pine straw or wood mulch) in January or February
  (All contracts require a minimum of 26 visits a year...Every two weeks.)
